Looks like Chucky got a little too comfortable, he was right to stop himself. Brother Angus is probably aware of the legend of Martin the Warrior's sword, something his abbey does not have and cannot duplicate. A random skunk boy asking about a long lost legend from another country and another time would REALLY raise some questions. Kevin and Macy's distraction couldn't have been better timed.
I always figured in a world of anthros, tails would be considered erogenous. If you were to touch someone's arm or leg, depending on the circumstances and context, it can be sexy and pleasurable. Tails would likely be the same, especially seeing as how they attach just above our butts.

lots of interesting details here: 1- the knot on «fra'» angus and his franciscan sandals 3- there are many sundials inside churches and annexed buildings, and one like this can work! 4-7 and now we have the answer ;-)

will chucky remember?
10- a female in a skirt? there must be a panty shot! :-D

Yeah, the original is still safe in the real Redwall Abbey. But yes, having it here might complicate things a little. It's much better being a lost legend than an out of place artifact that can't easily be explained to skeptics. Although I have an idea for an upcoming page that will address the sword.

Seriously this is a cute and informative page but I have to ask; I don't remember a sword being mentioned so if it was where did I miss it and why is it important for Chucky to NOT mention it. Apologizes for my lack of knowledge but sometimes my goldfish memory wakes up and tells me "hey...remember this!?" :D
FAN SERVICE!!! :D Seriously this is a cute and informative page but I have to ask; I don't remember
Tailgate's explanation is right on, so Chucky does know about the sword from reading Gwendolyn's book. If he were to ask about it, the monk would wonder how in the world a local youngster could know of such an obscure detail about an abbey legend.

He's definitely taking a risk. At this point Macy's parents aren't worried, they're glad she's distracted by another kid so they can concentrate on what they came for.

I agree. We in the human world fetishize and romanticize showing extra leg or a bit of upper arm and shoulder. So in a world of tails, a whole new appendage must be added to the mix.
