This is my Submission for July.

This is a new character for the 'Binxed!' Series. She is Victor's adoptive mom. She works at a Diner, works long hours, making Victor a latchkey kid. Victor is spoiled in his own way but is unappreciative of his mom and her hard work. Victor has no friends and never has anyone over, and is into a lot of edgy and dark stuff. He's moody at home at a little bratty shit.

Still thinking of names, but the one that seems mostly likely to stick is Francesca Finkelstein, often shortened to "Franny". At home Victor likely refers to her as "Aunt Franny" or just Franny.

And the diner she works at probably has a cheap clientele crowd that doesn't tip well.

I'm thinking of several businesses owners who drop by at the diner for a luncheon. She gives them excellent service, and they leave her only a 35 cent tip.
She feels like taking the 35 cents out into the parking lot and tossing it back at them and telling them, "Here. You keep it. You need it more than I do".
