Yaya was once a proud and gentle member of the elusive Ghostwalker Mightyena — a sub-tribe known for their quiet step and mastery of concealment. Her presence had a softness to it, a warmth that balanced the harsh world around her. Yaya was deeply maternal, nurturing her child with fierce tenderness and guiding others in the tribe with quiet patience. She was not a warrior by nature, but her instincts were razor-sharp, and her protective spirit burned hotter than any flame.

Note: During the Bone Eater tribe’s ruthless territorial expansion, Yaya and her child were ambushed and slain. They had been promised protection by Supaychay, her mate and a seasoned warrior — but even he was caught off-guard, and his failure to save them broke something inside him. Yaya’s death is the origin of his oath of vengeance, a wound that never quite scabbed over.
Note: Though gone, her name is still whispered with reverence by Supaychay, who carries one of her belongings as a token of respect. Yaya made lullaby charms woven from Pidgey feathers — one still hangs from Supaychay’s satchel. Supaychay swears he still hears her humming during storms.
Note: Her favorite place was the cliffsides, where she often went to hum and craft her charms. The view of the highlands from the cliffs were magnificent.
