Lapis learns the hard way that streamers need to be careful when reading out donations.
Lapis had been doing a casual stream one afternoon, reading out comments from chat and just chilling with her audience. The girl didn't have any guests lined up for her show that day and Miles was busy elsewhere. This meant there was no challenges for this stream, which left the audience feeling pretty bored and in need of entertainment.
One commenter decided to play a little prank on the internet celebrity and left Lapis a donation with a message attached. Lapis happily read aloud the message, not realizing that this comment was actually an incantation designed to warp and morph a person's body depending on how the spell was spoken. Unfortunately for Lapis, she struggled to pronounce it and got a transformation that was more constricting than it was ever intended to be.
At first, Lapis' body seized up and held firm as an invisible force began to move her. Lapis' whole body started spinning on the spot and her arms began wrapping around herself. The audience watched as Lapis was twisted like an over-wound spring a hundred times over. The magic continued to wind up Lapis over and over again until her body became so tightly packed that it started folding over itself and forming a ball-shape.
Lapis never spoke a word for the whole process, but her face let the audience know exactly what she was thinking. As Lapis' body spun itself into a knot, an unending barrage of sounds were squeezed out of her like a tube of tooth-paste. Lapis' feet never lifted from the carpet and remained fixed in place as if held by glue, only to suddenly shoot upwards to smack Lapis in the face with a loud "SLAP!"
Lapis was reduced to almost a perfect sphere by the end of it. Her body had been so tightly twisted and folded that she was left completely incapable of moving. Any sounds she could possibly make had been aggressively squeezed out of her, leaving her totally silent, too. Lapis was quite literally just a ball on the floor; a "Foot-Ball" as her fans affectionally called her.
Lapis' compact body had fortunately landed with her exposed feet facing the audience so they could admire their favorite thing about Lapis while her puckered lips silently begged for help. Miles arrived about an hour later after seeing what had happened on the stream. Lapis couldn't see or hear anything in this state, so she was surprised to finally be lifted off the ground.
Miles examined Lapis' unnatural form and correctly concluded he should bring her to a hospital.
Miles made an appointment and the doctor agreed to see Lapis about her condition... some time next week...
