The cheers and jeers of the surrounding pokemon in the pit rang out as Pele stepped gracefully, another opponent knocked out before him. As the member was dragged out from the center, Pele looked around, flaunting his body in a way as to invite the next challenger in so that they could take a shot at claiming the submissive fox. Without any takers, he immediately upped the number opponents to two instead, now making it easier for them to win, along with the idea of using his beautiful body should they pull it off.
Murmurs made their way through, the pit, until finally a pawmot and a drapion weaved through the crowd, prepared to take their chance. Pele smiled, a cocky grin across his face as the two took their positions. The moment the match was said to begin, Pele's eyes closed, as the sounds of the calls were drowned out by a steady Rhythm in his head.
Pawmot: Grr...there he goes...again...
Drapion: Always acting like we barely exist. Come on!
The two rushed in, with the pawmot immediately making for an open palm strike, but without skipping a beat, Pele nimbly evaded the attack, humming to himself. The pawmot continued only for Pele to dodge each attack, gracefully stepping over his opponent before twisting around him suddenly in a rush! But the drapion was waiting for it, coming in with a downward swing, only for the attack to get effortlessly dodged again, a graceful back step moving around him before jumping up over his head!
Drapion: Urgh! Get away from me!
He moved back, but Pele waltzed down his back, before switching over to a different step, still not attacking either of the two. With a fair bit of annoyance from them both, the pawmot rushed back in, moving past the drapion as he attempted to get in.
Pawmot: You and your dumb...dancing!
The two went at it again, with the pawmot's fist radiating electricity as he tried to hit Pele, only to have each hit evaded as effortlessly as each step Pele took, the movements alongside the outfit enchanting to those around him, and befuddling to the pawmot, who was constantly trying to grab and swat at the overly elaborate bands. Eventually having enough, he moved in to grab one from around the flareon's legs, only for Pele to move and entangle him in the band, tripping him up and with a single tap of his paw, erupted into fire as the pawmot was blasted back into the crowd, knocked out.
Drapion: Dammit! We can't lose 2v1!
The drapion went back in, but just like with the earlier pokemon, Pele simply dodged, barely opening his eyes at all as he evaded each attack as gracefully as before. His steps highlighted and exaggerated each part of his body, flaunting his wide hips, plump rear and delicate frame. One could easily discount the flareon on looks alone, compared to the brutish nature and size of his opponent. But unable to so much as land a single hit, the flareon eventually evaded and moved in, before swatting the drapion in the face with his tail, leaving a few burn marks.
The sudden buffet caused him to lose sight of Pele, who was now in the air! With a backflip, plums of fire rained down upon the drapion, hitting him squarely against his powerful hide, stopping him in place until eventually, a powerful wave of fire sent him careening back into the crowd, finally knocking him out! With a few extra steps, Pele righted himself again. With the final step to his performance, colored lights filled the air above him, showering him as he finally looked onto the crowd, still wearing a smile across his face all the while.
Pele: Hehe~ Come now, you need to be more graceful than that to beat the beautiful prince of the frost demons!
Cheers around the area erupted, as many enjoyed the sight of the flareons fights, being just as much a show as they were a combat performance. But many disliked it as well, hating the fact that such a small, delicate fox with a rear twice the size of his front frame was always out of reach. The screams as he was beaten still fresh in their ears as jealously of the untouchable flareon grew.
