In The Dungeon Part 1
Early the next day the day of our dive into the mystery dungeon I was slipping out of bed to get started on breakfast for us all as I reached the kitchen I saw Secret floating at the window starring out at the dawn glow just starting at the west ``oh good morning didn't know you were here I will give you some privacy'' I say and turn to head out the door maybe try the mess hall and cook up breakfast there but a small voice stops me ``n..no pleas stay'' I turn my head to face her she had turned from the window and was facing me her blue/silver eyes meeting mine as she floats up to me ``p....pleas master Belle stay with me'' she says close to me her voice sounding small and alone as I nod her eyes brighten ``thank you'' she says as I nod ``oh mind if I starting cooking breakfast for the others?'' I ask and she giggles and nods I smile as I get started she stays right by my side
As I put a backing pan in the oven I look at Secret ``so way are you up so early?'' I ask as she look at me starting to fidget ``a....a bad dream'' she says and I nod ``yeah I have had those before my mom would sing a lullaby to me and my brother Leon I can sing to you if you want?'' I say and she shack's her head ``no its okay I have had this nightmare before to many times to count its....more like a bad memory'' she says as I look at her ``well I have time tell the breakfast casserole is ready Secret if you want to tell me about it I'm all ears'' I say as she looks at me for the next half hour she tells me about her past and her real name Milly I tell her it's a pretty name for her she also tells me of her two friends a Togetic named Sunny a shiny Sylveon named Lilly she had also told me about a human who was a friend of the three girls
from what she told me this human had a kind heart but dreamed of being the High King of their world but his dreams turned into a nightmare for Milly and her friends battles and wars was there life one would end then the next one would start till one day this human had his retainers and advisers construct a weapon that would harness the power of their worlds mana lay lines but it was not to be thanks to Milly her friends and one more friend an Espeon named Vanny who helped them destroy the weapon but the explosion was so massive that the world disappeared ``and when I woke up miss Sidra was nursing me back to health and once I got better'' she says before looking up at me ``but I never told her my story but......I feel I can trust you master Belle'' she says as I wave off her words ``pleas Milly no master stuff it sounds like I own you or something just call me Belle `` I say as she nodded I looked over at her ``so sorry that you lost your home world and your friends''
I say but Milly looks at me ``no no I don't think thire gone i..i can still feel them that.....thats way I'm here with miss Sidra i...feel like they're so close maybe thire in the dungeon somehow'' she says and I nod be for our trip I had read up on Mystery Dungeons some had a theory that the Dungeons are a self contained world in of them self hence way so many powerful Fey-Kin leave within them and how strong items and artifact's but also that sometimes Fey-Kin from other worlds can show up on completely deferent worlds from when they started
Later that morning we all assembled just outside the dungeon's entrance we all had a backpack slung over the small of our back plush two leg packs and lastly one tall cylinder styled back pack with extra gear bed roll water and other stuff we needed our fey-kin friends each had a small backpack as well I kneel down and do one last look over on everything as Purah walks up to me ``here belle take this'' she says reaching into her kimono and pulling out a strand looking device it lloks like she had taken the grip of a gun then built a frame around it on the top was a strange round looking nub ``this is a Purah Module you can use it to scan what ever you find in the dungeon your friend will have a Purah Plate they can do the same and the data will be sent to your device then to my lab good luck in there Belle''
she says before walking back as I joined the others ``okay are we ready?'' I ask and everyone nods but Sidra looks up at me ``oh one more thing we need a team name for you and the others Belle `` she asked as Chloe giggles ``oh I already came up with a team name'' she pauses ``were Team Trailblazers'' she says her cheeks going red as Malachi and Rune smile ``awesome name Chloe'' came Malachi's voice ``yeah you have a very sharp mind'' came Rune's voice as Chloe looks at me ``sorry Belle I just came up with it this morning'' she says as I give her a hug ``no need for sorry's Chloe that's such a cool name we will keep it'' I say as Sidra takes out some paper's and writer's down our team name
the sound of our shoes sounded louder than normal to my ears as we went deeper in the walls of stone started to have plant life growing on them till it became full on grasses and hanging vines as we stepped out into a large wide open sunlit chamber as we all let out a gasp of amazement my Purah Module let out a beeping chime reaching down and unclipping it from my belt I held it as two wing like plats came up and moved to the rounded looking nub at the top of the device as an image of Purah appeared ``oh Belle good you picked up happy that the signal can reach you in the mystery dungeon I see your about three miles down oh wait now its saying your.....no no this can't be right okay never mind ware you are just start using the module and the plats take as meany picture's and scam as much of this dungeon as you can I have some of my assent's up here helping me interpret the data and pic's so go ham or haf as it were hehe either way good luck'' she says as the transmission ends as the others look at me and I shrug ``well lets do it gang'' I say as we get to work it didn't take us long about a half an hour or so as we finished Maelstrom called out ``FRIENDS MY CHAMPIEON HAS FOUND US A WAY OUT'' she shouts from the far side of the chamber ``Molly don't shout like that'' Malachi says
a few chambers later we stopped to rest and get some food in us I saw Ash Goh and Chloe feed there Fey-Kin as I did the same Nari Naru and Kai eat up thire food and water as Malachi Rune and Sidra eat as well lening back agents the tree I marveled at the chamber we found our self's in the place was massive in size a few football fields long and across tall tropical tree's doted the landscape reaching into my vest pocket I pulled out my pocket watch flipping it open I saw it was close to one in the afternoon ``ohhhhh that's really pretty'' came Rune's voice from my left shoulder smiling at her ``oh you haven't seen anything yet'' I say pushing a button on the top of the watch and the watch face changed to a photo of my mother Harmony holding Leon and myself as baby's
Before I know it I had all the Fey-Kin piled on top of me wanting to see the picture I had forgotten that Fey-Kin were very protective of children tay say it was good luck if a Fey-Kin ever nuzzled your child maybe it was an old wives tale but it was fun having all of them gathered around me even Milly was with them too as things settled down I started to hear something....no not hear but feel something was coming looking up I saw the same look on everyone's faces whatever it was it was big
As we all hid I pulled out the module and turned on scan mode just as a big Blastoise came out of the bush's this thing was bigger than a normal blastoise as the Purah module gave a beep as Purah comes on ``guys are you thire my scanners just picked up a Alpha Fey-Kin close to your location `` I shush her as the alpha starts to walk around from my hiding place I watch it move around as I scan the clearing my eyes fall on Milly she was hiding under a bush that was right in the alpha blastoise's path looking to my left I saw Rune and Sidra both girls looking at Milly's hiding place stealing my self I called my absorb shield to my lefy hand and a simple war hammer to my right hand and rushed out making a be line for Milly's hiding spot
As I reached the Blastoise I did a slide and struck the back of the left leg with my war hammer right before dismissing the weapon and scooping up Milly up in my right hand as my slide came to an end I leped into the air with a raising uppercut smacking the blastoise just under the chin knocking him for a loop before he pitched forward passing out as I land on my feet Milly looks up at me from ware she sat ``how...how did you do that?'' she asked as Sidra and Rune ran over to us `` a little force magic combo'' I say ``holy crap Belle that.....that was so cool'' Rune says as Sidra nods ``yes that was very cool but also crazy you were lucky Belle was there to save you Milly you know the rules of exploring if danger appears form up on the team'' Sidra says as Milly frowns looking down ``yes I know i....i just panicked'' she says
As we regrouped and started to head out we heard a loud scream from our right side turning we all saw a shorter blastoise a female maybe judging by the voice ``the boss is down the boss is down'' she says as.....oh crap as lots of water type Fey-Kin started to pop up from hiding places Malachi looks at us ``RUNNNNNNNNNNN'' he cries out as we all run for it
Dodging attack's lift and right we ran to what looked to be a large crack in the wall as a Vaporeon came at me jaws wide open I raised my shield to block it as it hit my shield I flipped it over my head to send it flying but to my surprised it had turend the tables on me and held onto the shield and sank its teeth into my shoulder wincing in pain Rune and Sidra notes my slowing pace and saw what had happened ``hay let Belle go you watery bitch'' she says and leaps into the air tail's aglow before smashing them into the side of the face of the Vaporeon as it went flying and landed on its feet as Rune and I turned to keep running we suddenly felt a massive surge of mana
As the surge ended Rune Sidra and I looked back the Vaporeon had wet themselves but looked at us with an evil smirk on its face ``oh ho you three are so dead that was the boss he rarely go's all out like this he must have a small amount of respect for you boy'' he says and run's off as I look back at Milly Rune and Sidra ``come on letts get out of here'' I say and we run for it
As the four of us ran for all we were worth well three of us were running Milly was floating as the crack came into view I saw Chloe and Malachi standing at the opening the two saw us and waved at us ``hay guys over here Malachi calls out as we change course as we closed the distance an ice beam came out of no ware and sealed the crack closed casing us to skid to a halt and turn around as a mega blastoise comes over a far hill `` are you kidding me?'' Rune says as the Mega Blastoise fires his big water cannon at us
After a bit of time running we stopped by a small grove of tree's ``okay that....that big guy is really pissing me off'' Rune says as Sidra nods ``yeah how can someone that big move so fast I mean its unnatural'' Sidra says as I nod ``yeah I think we have some kind of magic at work here but the whole Dungeon is teaming with magic so kind of hard to pin point it'' I say and look around not spotting the mega blastoise I ran over my options looking at Sidra as a pop up menu appeared in my vision as I looked over Sidra's stats I saw that her fire powers were on the low side maybe she didn't use then that often? dismissing the menu
Thinking hard I ran over my weapon options only one came to mind but it was a none starter I knew it right off the bat the hammer Mjolnir was a new weapon I had unlocked it from Avalon's store's it was an amazing weapon but the drawback was it sucked up most of my mana that use it ``Belle....Belle look'' Milly's voice broke my train of thinking ``what is it Milly?'' I ask as she points with her small arm looking to ware she was pointing my mind raced ``okay girls start running for that wall not sure how long it will be open for so lets go'' I say as we run the opening in the wall was about 18 yards away across a large meadow of open ground
Running hard I felt my legs starting to burn but I pushed that pain away and kept going right out of the corner of my eye I saw a small blue and white blur come out of the bushes right at Rune calling up my absorb shield blocked it before tossing it away but that left me open as I felt teeth sink into the back of my right leg I tried to not scream out in pain but it came out looking down I saw it was a Umbreon that had me as I raised my shield ``BOSSSSSS there over here'' came the voice of the same Vaporeon that bit me before
Bringing my shield down I hit the Umbreon square on the head and it released my leg as I felt the ground rumble under my feat as the mega blastoise came for us ``run girls run as fast as you can'' I say as I tried to run it was hard my right leg felt like it was on fire but thankfully I saw the girls getting to the other side of the wall as it started to shimmer oh crap not good looking back I saw the mega blastoise busting pass the threes knocking them down with ease calling up my engine blade I looked at ware the girls were doing some math in my head oh screw it pulling my arm back I hurled the engine blade with all my might hoping beyond hope that the weapon was reach the other side in time
Landing on the other side of the wall I took deep gasps for air using that warp strike skill really took it out of me thankfully I was safe the wall had closed back up and the mega blastoise was mad as hell bashing his fist's on the stone wall saying that he was going to kill us slowly as I got back up after being coverd in hugs and nuzzles for making back to the girls I gace them all some pets and nuzzles back Rune was amazed at the trick I used to cover the distance to get back to them so fast ``yeah that's called warp streak it's a fun skill I have'' I say fishing out a bottle with blue liquid in it popping the top I downed it fast ``phwee the drawback is it takes a lot of mana to use it but I'm getting better at it'' I tell her as Milly lands on my shoulder Sidra smiles up at me ``you are really amazing Belle were really lucky to know you and have you with us on this mission'' she says causing me to blush at her words
Dread hopelessness fear the feeling came on like a thunder clap looking around for the cause I saw the others were just as shocked as I was at how fast this hit some how the big mega blastoise outside the wall didn't even sound like he was effected by it as he continued to pound away at the stone wall ``come out come out little beans big uncle Blastoise is going to gobble you all up'' he yells and pounds before he stops ``oh ho who do we have here? Looks like you left one of your buddy's out here little beans'' he says and I blink looking over I do a head count ``1....2...and 3'' I say to my self as I Rune looks at me and shaks her head ``no were all here but dont you think?'' she says ``ohhhhh and it's a pretty Gardevoir as well and she's a kinky one as well all dressed in some kind black and red S&M outfit'' he says as I look at the others again shock on their faces
Next thing I hear is a loud thud as the wall shook with the impact to my utter shock a massive double edged sword blade jutted out of the wall I look at the others the shocked look on their faces must have been the same as mine then the drip drip sound started looking up I saw blood dripping from the blade but what came next was a sound I never knew I would hear in this dungeon the wet sound of someone being eaten at least that's what my ears were telling me it was a moment later the sword blade shock before being pulled out
The hole that was left behind was about the size of my head looking up at the hole my heart skipped a beat as a glowing red eye filled the hole staring right at me as the feeling of someone digging around in my mind as if searching for something the pain was indescribable as it search it stopped at one memory of my scabbard Avalon then a feeling of sadness from the probing mind as the mind was withdrawing i heard it say ``I'm sorry young little one'' as darkness over took me
I was floating in darkness no light to be seen ``am I dead? Did that creature kill me?'' i said to no one as a strange glow started to appear as the sound of foot falls echoed in the dark from all around me ``who's there?'' I call out but no answer as the glow turns into a red light as a figure appears in the red light as the figure became clearer it took on the shape of a gardevoir dressed all in black and red two red arrow like markings on its cheeks eyes glowing red the normal green hair was now a ghostly white
Standing beside the gardevoir were two tall black shadow puppets who had seven white dot like eyes on what looked to be a head long wipe like arms hung limp at their sides not likening how this was looking I summed my absorb shield and engine blade and got into my combat stance as they three figures stopped about twelve paces away the gardevoir looked at me then held up a hand and the shadow puppets departed melding into the darkness ``okay who ever or whatever you are if your going to try and eat me like you did to that Blastoise then I'm telling you this right now I'm not going down so easly as he did'' I say flipping my engine blade into a back handed grip
As the gardevoir looked at me she started to chuckle ``oh ho eat you? I will in duo time your flavor will be most delouses but for right now......I think I need a sweet snake to start off our meeting'' she says in a lusty voice as she snaps her fingers as heavy paw falls came from my right side as a large monstrous creature padded past me its appearance resembling a lion or chimera maybe its body was covered in dark purple and black fur or skin it was hard to tell it was also covered in dark magenta spikes on its head back and tail two glowing red eyes looked ahead it walked on four legs coverd in the same dark purple fur with purple claws but the most shocking think was the cowering Sylveon held fast in the creatures jaws
Anger over took me at the gardevoir's words shook me to the core like hell I was going to let her eat the Sylveon I saw her or him look at me eyes pleading for help I felt something deep within me screaming out to attack to strike before I knew it I was moving one step then two my right hand reaching to my back but that was wrong Avalon was on my left hip but I felt a weapon griped in my hand as I got close to the creature I swung the weapon
A moment later I was standing back ware I started the Sylveon held protectively in my arms the gardevoir looked at me a look of shock I had done something that she had never seen before my three new weapons floated around me like moons in the orbit of a planet the three Katana's were things of beauty a crossed pair one silver and one gold the last sword was long looking almost like someone took the blade and fused it to a short dagger
The gardevoir looked at me ``you.....you really did it that was the first time I saw Dark die he told me he would fall and come back again'' she says and hold up a hand as red light formed around it and a double sword appeared the blades were glowing a deep crimson my blood ran cold the malice pouring off that weapon was overwhelming I knew I was out of my league looking down at the Sylveon in my arms I made up my mind ``run'' I say to the Sylveon her blue eyes looked up at me shock on them ``but....what about you?'' she says I muster up a smile ``don't worry about me little one I will buy you as much time as I can'' I say setting the Sylveon down on the ground next to me
Turning my gaze to the gardevoir as I felt the Sylveon grip my leg I look down ``no no no I will not leave you I cant you saved my life I need t save yours'' she says and stands next to me I smiled at her bravery ``okay then you and me lets give this monster a fight she won't soon forget'' I say as she looks up at me tears in her eyes ``yeah let's do this'' she says as bright blur flames flair up around her as her body started to glow brightly
In moments the light faded and what stood in the Sylveon's place was beautiful four tailed kitsune Sylveon her fur was primarily white but with some pretty dark sky blue as well as the standard pink of a Sylveon she even had grown two extra fluffy tails this was amazing I never knew that a normal Fey-Kin could become a kitsune version of a Fey-Kin by other means other than being born as one
As the Sylveon looked at me tears ran down her face before bowling into me knocking me down ``wow wow hold on we still have a fight to win'' I say as she licks my face ``are you two done?'' came the gardevoir's voice as the two of us got to our feet/ paws reaching out I took hold of the gold/blue and silver/blue katana's in each hand and crossing both blades in front of me as Sylveon lets out a growl ``yeah lets end this fight and get out of here right partner?'' she says and looks back at me with a wink causing me to blush as I take a combat stance I reach out to the Sylveon linking her with my mana as I did memory's came flooding into my mind visions of.....Ayeka as an Eevee growing up finding a trainer being abandoned by her trainer then finding her way into this dungeon
Pulling my mind back as I see Ayeka's face she looked surprised as the sound of flapping wings filled the or ears whatever it was it was big and coming at us fast looking down at Ayeka letting go of my two katana's letting them float next to `` Ayeka run for it we cant win this'' I say as the two of us run for it we didn't get too far the gardevoir was on our tail swinging her double sword at me but thankfully Ayeka blocked it with a well timed moon blast attack but she kept on coming she came at us again but was blasted away by someone looking back we saw whatwas making the wing flapping sound
A large Lugia flapped its.....four wings? Yes it had two pairs of wings and it was bigger than your common Lugia landing next to Ayeka and myself it looked down at us ``good I made it in time are you two okay are you hurt any ware?'' She asked in a worried voice as she checked us over till she was satisfied ``okay you both look okay but anyway my names Saphira pleased to meet you Belle and Ayeka right?'' I was surprised she already knew our names but I remembered that Lugia's were part psychic type
I sat in shock ``wait wait your telling me this is all in some kind of shadow realty marble and my body is back in the real world?'' I say and Saphira nods ``yes that is right that gardevoir she's not the one in control of that body Lilith the worm of Shadows is the one controlling her now'' she says and looks at Ayeka and I ``but it won't be a shadow for long your going to cleanse it Belle with Ayeka's help and mine as well'' she says as we got to work
Not sure how long I was out for but when I open my eyes my real eyes I was in what looked to be a tent it was dark save for a small lantern hanging from a hook ``oh your awake'' came a mechanical voice to my right turning my head I was meet with the site of a young looking girl a simple green dress adorned her lower.....wait a sec she wasn't human taken a closer look in the dim light I saw that she had ball joints on her arms legs and on her ears/hair? As I tried to sit up she came over to me with surprising speed ``no no pleas lay back down you have been truth a lot your very lucky to be alive'' she says helping me to lay back down ``she's right you are lucky to be alive you and Ayeka both'' came Saphira's voice in my mind after a few moments a new figure came into the tent a tall Magearna had walked in ``oh my stars looks like the young maser is awake dear pleas wait outside so mommy can examen him to make sure his okay?'' she says as the young Magearna girl walked out as
The older Magearna helped me to sit up ``okay lets see.....oh okay that's healing up nicely mmmm those bits look painful I think we have some pain gel that's still good'' she says as Ayeka comes in her long fluffy ribbon like feelers holding a blue jar ``I found it miss Hudson'' she says right before jumping up into my lap ``its good to see your okay Ayeka'' I say screeching her behind a fluffy ear it didn't take long for the exam to be over and Hudson gave me a clean bill of health ``okay that should do it master Belle your all set'' she says ``pleas miss Hudson just call me Belle master sounds too stuffy like I own you'' I say and she has a double take ``my my you really are something no wonder she has taken a likening to you'' she says ``I was about to ask who she was taken about when the smaller human looking Magearna came in and taking my hand ``come on big brother Belle I want to show you around our home'' she says as Hudson nods ``go ahead Belle beside I think this is all yours now oh and Maggie be sure to show him the glasses to see if I'm right'' she says as Maggie nods and leads me out of the tent
That night I lay in a bunk on the M class ship called The Wyvern the ship was amazing the sleek blue and silver hull was a thing of beauty the engines were two E-WEB Roils Rose Mana Drive engines but the craziest feature of this craft was something called a bit stave system I was not even sure what it was but thankfully I would have time to work it out ``hay Belle how are you doing?'' came Chloe's voice as she entered and sat next to me ``hi Chloe yeah I'm good just kind of....'' I trail off as Chloe finished for me ``over whelmed?'' she says as I nod ``yeah just a lot was tossed at me'' I say ad Chloe gave me a warm hug she smelled like the rose scented soap she enjoyed using we held that hug for a time before she broke it looking at me with a giggle ``hehe you know Belle those glasses look cute on you'' she says as I hold them up a bit trying to look smart like my brother Lloyd ``hehe well my dear I think I'' I couldn't help it I started laugh and Chloe joined in
