Personality:
Teaseful, bitter, arrogant, cocky, reckless, she's a punk
Powers and Abilities:
Before gaining her powers, Caitlin was a very smart scientist and physicist, with several knowledge of medical and computer science, and studied martial arts to keep herself in shape. After the accident, Caitlin gained the following powers:
Thermokinetic cryokinesis: By absorbing thermal energy from molecules to create gelid surroundings, FrostBite can generate dangerously low temperatures (approaching absolute zero) from her body, letting her freeze virtually anything. She can thus create sheets of ice, or shoot spear-like icicles at opponents. FrostBite can also create an ice slide and use her cryogenic powers to rapidly propel herself forward on the slide. Furthermore, her powers can reach such low levels that they can completely negate a speedster's healing powers and alternatively neutralize accelerated decomposing; by generating temperatures as low as -360 degrees, she proved able to shatter beings as powerful as Havoc. FrostBite often gestures when using her powers, but she can also freeze things by touching them (e.g. FrostBite can freeze people through a kiss) or being in the same vicinity. She's also able to freeze light-based bullets and attacks.
Cryokinetic breath: FrostBite is able to exhale cold mists with enough momentum to knock several people backwards and off their feet. She can also use this as a means to produce a thick and obscuring fog.
Cryokinetic blasts: FrostBite is able to produce blasts of ice to attack and defend herself.
Cryokinetic constructs: Using her thermokinetic cryokinesis, FrostBite can create constructs made of ice and icicles.
Cryokinetic healing factor: FrostBite is able to heal injuries by filling the wounds with ice. As the wound heals, the ice will thaw until its fully healed, the ice will be melted by the time its healed.
Limited atmokinesis: FrostBite's powers can also somewhat affect the weather around her, dropping the climate of the area and causing it to snow.
Flight: By generating cryogenic thrust, FrostBite is able to propel herself from the ground and take flight, being capable to dash through the air at super speed.
Cold immunity: An added benefit to her powers, FrostBite's cells can withstand subzero temperatures.
Accelerated healing: While accessing her powers, FrostBite's metabolic rate is augmented to offset cold tissue destruction, allowing her to regenerate from damage sustained on her body at a rate much faster than even a speedster; however, foreign matter must first be taken out to not impede the healing.
Immortality/Decelerated Aging: Thanks to her cells being infused with extreme cold, FrostBite's aging has slowed down to almost a halt, freezing her in her mid twenties.
Superior Mobian physique: After the nuclear accident, her physical capabilities (strength, speed, resistance and stamina) have grown far beyond those of any normal Mobian, making her a menace for anyone without training.
Story:
Caitlin is a researcher at STAR Labs, in a branch office in the Arctic region. She was helping to develop a thermodynamic engine, but when a criminal organization had taken over the labs, they also try to kill Caitlin. However the girl's body, thanks to the engine's cooling system, has melted with ice, becoming a heat-absorbing vampire. Caitlin kills the organization's agents, and begins to look for new heat sources, but only FeverFlame (a part of whom, Mighty, is her boyfriend) seems to be eligible to contain her.

Powers and Abilities:
When they were separated, Mighty was a simple janitor and former football star with a peak physical condition and knowledge of anatomy and sports while Ray was a brilliant physics doctor and teacher at Mobius 95's Studiopolis University. After the accident, they gained the following powers:
Fusion: By touching each other, Mighty and Ray can fuse their atoms together and form FeverFlame. The fusion can be dissipated willingly or if their fused form is hurt too much. While fused, they share the same body and experiences.
Nucleokinesis: FeverFlame is virtually a living reactor, and as such, creates great amounts of nuclear energy via the numerous atomic reactions constantly occurring in his body. That and his mental capacity to process both fission and fusion, allow him to harness the energy emitting from either his own body or any near source of energy that's near.
Flight: FeverFlame has so far seen to have at least two methods to achieve flight. The first and most common is when he uses fires nuclear blasts downward at a consistent rate, thereby generating enough force to defy gravity and allow for stable propulsion and gliding. This flight style is his preferred and most practiced choice. The second method is unclear, as he is shown to be able to fly at impressive speeds without the need of his blasts. How he achieved this skill or how he even does it is unclear. Also, FeverFlame is able to cause an explosion by colliding with an object or surface, allowing him to perform feats such as blowing up nearby vehicles or bursting through a wall.
Matter transmutation: During training, Mighty and Ray discovered that their nuclear powers can manipulate matter at an atomic level and arrange its subatomic structure into a different substance all together. FeverFlame was even able to easily disintegrate a group of bullets fired at him. FeverFlame is also shown to be able to form complex structures with this ability such as turning the Legion of Doom's obelisk vault into accurately flavored jelly beans.
Energy absorption: FeverFlame has shown the ability to not only generate nuclear power, but also contain the energy coming from outside sources by absorbing its output.
Nuclear pyrokinesis: The amount of energy being processed in his body is often released through his head and hands. He can use his control over the energy to project it willingly in the form of concussive blasts, in the form of fire. These "nuclear blasts" are often shown to be quite powerful and have shown to be able to knock unarmed Mobians out unconscious and are hot enough to burn through solid structures and even cause harm to other Meta-Mobians. Also, FeverFlame is able to cause an explosion by colliding with an object or surface, allowing him to perform feats such as blowing up nearby vehicles or bursting through a wall.
Psychic link: Mighty can hear Ray's disembodied voice while the two of them are merged into FeverFlame. Even when they are separated, their link allows them limited communication of sensations or emotions. It has a drawback, however: if one of them should die the other would die as well.
Story:
Janitor and former football star Mighty the Armadillo and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Ray the Flying Squirrel are involved in a nuclear accident that allows them to merge into the “Nuclear Mobian”, FeverFlame. Because Ray was unconscious during the accident, it is Mighty who controls FeverFlame's movements, while Ray remains as a sensible voice inside his mind.
Ray was initially completely unaware of their dual identity, leaving him worried about his unusual disappearances and memory lapses, but eventually Mighty was able to convince him of the truth, allowing them to bond as separate individuals rather than as parts of one.
