Born into a village that celebrates its Nordic ancestry and gods, Bjørnar was trained from childhood to prevent untrusted outsiders from corrupting their village or stealing their resources. With nothing but armor, he was given a strict diet that promoted energy and muscle growth, as well as a rigorous strength training regimen.
