Está começando o mês de dezembro, em que tudo é sobre as festas e presentes - só que no nosso mundo, os presentes que importam são os presentes materiais. Então fiz um desenho inspirado no filme "They Live" dos anos 80, que é um filme que critica o consumismo. Vivemos num mundo em que tudo é sobre consumir: nos apresentamos como o tipo de consumidores que somos: as roupas que vestimos, as músicas que ouvimos, os restaurantes de que gostamos, os filmes que assistimos, e assim por diante. Quem não consome não existe. Então, sem dizer que tipo de consumidor você é, me diga: quem é você?

December is starting, and now everything is about the holidays and presents - but in our world, the only presents that matter are the material ones. So I drew a piece inspired by the movie "They Live" from the 80's, which is a movie that criticizes consumerism. We live in a world where everything is about consuming: we introduce ourselves by the type of consumer we are: the clothes we wear, the music we listen to, the restaurants we like, the movies we watch, and do on. Those who don't consume don't exist. So, without telling me what kind of consumer you are, tell me: who are you?
