F.A.R.M, the Federal Agency for Ranked Miscreants is tasked with the tracking, containing, and eventual capture of the top rated worst criminals in Vinacana. Most of them tends to be more like Dame, not being killers but doing enough widespread damage in various ways that they need to be stopped. Each of the top 50 have a handler assigned to them and for Dame, that is Adam.
He's always wanted to make the world a better place but had a distaste for how messy law enforcement can be, sometimes having to make snap decisions on who is in the right and wrong. FARM is a bit more clean cut as he is assigned to a top rated criminal who is already a proven menace. He's good at his job and has managed to track and arrest several before being assigned to Dame. So far she's proven to be harder than others though.
He's also a tier 3 sub on her Onlypaws account, purely for investigational reasons. And he owns some of the merchandise that Dame's little fanbase has made, for... other research. He's just so much of a professional like that. Yeah.
