Who are the characters in this drawing? Are they loosely based on anyone or did you make them up?

I made them up. Not sure if they have any given names since it's tough to come up with them myself.

Hmm... in that case, I'll name them Benjamin Bear and Melody Mouse. My headcanon is that Benjamin is distant relative of the title character from the Little Bear series given his resemblance. I also gave him that name in honor of Breaking Benjamin(one of my favorite bands BTW). I also have a head canon that Melody Mouse is a distant relative of Matilda "Mattie" Mouse from the Reader Rabbit series(I was a huge fan of Reader Rabbit Kindergarten growing up).
There, I just created a whole new artistic universe for you to explore!
