Well, of course I believe in God and afterlife. I tried (actually tried) convincing myself that it wasn't true, but couldn't. I suppose that's some sort of testament. I do not handle stress very well---my mind goes places if I don't zap it. I'm usually ok at this (sometimes I act out, as when I delete stuff ...and I did recently delete some art), but I found this situation difficult. Yes, my mother was saved and is at rest; I shouldn't disturb it---it would do me well to put the urn where I cannot see it.
It's fascinating seeing both her 'rough' sketches (which is what I consider this) and her finished work (which is what the later one clearly is). Even in sketches she had an amazing sense of design and style.

She knew about it. She indirectly contributed to it one day when we went to the scrap together. She'd found an unopened box of vintage Eagle pencils and put them in her cart. She said she thought I'd want them (and I did lol). :3
