Jonah and Jonathan having an affectionate moment on camera surrounded by birthday presents they picked out for each other. Jonathan is feeling very loved, happy, and a tad shy right now. Jonah is just having the best time with his bestie and their birthday bash. Their birthdays are a day apart (June 21st and 22nd). They met for the first time during a summer camp and when they became friends their folks decided to join their birthday celebrations together. Ever since then it has been their tradition to celebrate their birthday's together. Not only are their birthday's a day apart but they were born in the same year, effectively making them the same age.
This is likely either their 8th or 9th birthday's they are celebrating. They've had a few years to bond and become very close friends but they are still young and innocent and haven't been made to feel awkward about their particularly touchy-feely kind of friendship.
I really love the way Jonathan came out here (the rabbit boy). I just want to hug his soft white fur and kiss him up, but a little restraint is in order with an audience. Still, you can see deep down Jonathan is enjoying the attention.
