The Pacs only require one hand. We would hang onto the cabinet with our free hand, regardless of what style cabinet we were playing. And the joysticks on the cocktails were noticeably smaller of course, so Fisher's hand concealing that item is quite likely. And Atari cocktails were on legs. This one looks more like a Namco cabinet: just a black box set on the floor. It might be a Williams unit, like say Defender.
