Well, I drew Seras Victoria, so I guess it's only natural I add in Alucard as well! Wait... wrong Alucard!
For me, Castlevania is one of my personal hallmarks of the Halloween season. Well, technically it's something I enjoy at any time of the year, but I especially make sure to play at least a few titles in the series during October! So, with Castlevania being such an integral and beloved part of my Halloween season, why have I featured it so few times before in my countdowns? The answer to that is... I don't know! Honestly, I don't. Maybe it's too low of a hanging fruit? Literally anything from the Castlevania series could fit into a Halloween Countdown, so much so that I could do an entire countdown based around the series -- hmm, actually that's not a bad idea~
Naturally, getting the excuse to add one of the main protagonists of the series into this countdown was something I had to give top priority to. There's no way I couldn't give the son of Dracula a spot among the Final Five. However, despite how cool Alucard is, I'm still a Belmont fanboy through and through and I couldn't give him any higher than this. Sorry, I don't makes the rules; well, yes I do, so you'll have to deal with that!
