Joey had been invited over to the castle by his friend Katie, for another day of surfing. Joey was excited to try and surf some more, having had a lot of fun his first time, and wasted no time in hurrying on over, grabbing the surfboard that Katie gave him before hopping through her portal to the lab.
"Now can I trust you to not wind up getting packaged up like a doll again?" Katie asked
"Yes, I learned to not push shiny red buttons on machines I know nothing about" Joey replied not wanting to talk about that incident
"Good, now wait right here while I get our swim wear" Katie replied before happily running on off
Joey smiled happily to himself as he waited some unaware, that he was being watched. Peeking at the otter from behind some boxes, was a white two tailed kitten, Riola, who grinned slyly seeing Katie run out of the room. Joey just sat there lost in thought ashe didn't notice the faint giggle coming from the kitten as she began to use her magic on the unaware otter. Joey didn't notice initially as the kitten worked her magic, turning the otter's clothes into a large white diaper with cute pink frills. Once the otter felt and heard the telltale crinkle and rustle of a diaper wrapped around him, Joey hopped on up in surprise and looked at it nervously at first, wondering where it came from and who could of put it on him. The otter didn't have much of a chance to think about it, as he suddenly found the room around him growing.
"Whats going on!? Why is everything getting bigger!?" Joey asked worriedly noticing his voice sounded different
Looking down at himself in surprise, he saw that it wasn't the room that was getting bigger, he was getting smaller and younger. He only continued to grow smaller as the diaper around him shrank on down with him staying on securely around himself as tear began to form in his eye as he realized he wouldn't get to spend a day of fun with Katie like he was hoping, and as soon as he fully regressed down to a small otter pup, he began to bawl and cry sadly, calling Katie back on in.
"What is going..... RIOLA!" Katie yelled out upon seeing her regressed friend
The kitten walked on out to Katie seeing she was caught red handed as Katie just picked up her friend and calmed him on down.
"Why did you regress my friend?" Katie asked sternly
"You get to play with him all the time! I just wanted to play with him too and have some fun as well" Riola simply answered
Katie just sighed as she sat her friend down, "Don't worry, her power is only temporary, it will undo itself soon enough, guess we will have to reschedule. As for you little kitten, you better believe I am telling the queen about this, you know she has told you about this before."
"Meanie!" Riola replied with a pout
"If you wanted to be friends with him and play with him you should ask, don't just surprise them like this" Katie told the kitten
Riola just huffed some not wanting to admit being wrong, but just walked up the sniffling otter and just gave him a soft hug, "I'm sowwy, can we still be friends?" she asked
Joey just looked at her as she was giving him the sad sorry kitten look, unable to resist the look, he nodded his head, "Yes, we can be fwiends"
"See, now was that so hard?" she asked Riola
"No, it wasn't" Riola simply answered
"Now, if you could do me one favor, I might, be convinced to forgive you this time, sothe queen does not ground you from your room again" Katie told her
"What is it?" Riola asked curiously
"Regress me as well, and the three of us can play together" Katie offered
Riola beamed a happy smile, being all too happy to comply and quickly regressed Katie to a small otter pup as well. Katie blushed as she stood there as a little cub but hugged her friend Joey and her sister Riola. The two happily hugged back warmly, and soon Riola grabbed their paws and led them to her room excitedly.
"Hehe, I just got a bunch of fun new dolly's we can play with, mommy gave them to me this morning!" Riola replied happily as she giggled cutely
Joey followed along with no other choice and could only blush at the idea of playing with dolls but couldn't help but smile some. While he didn't plan on getting regressed, it certainly was a more interesting turn of events, as he found it would certainly take some getting used to, if he was gonna hang out at the castle with so many others, s he could only hope the others wouldn't surprise him like this
