Yeah he does have human skin normally but when he gets serious in a fight he goes full robot. Interestingly he was modeled after Chuck's brother Jack by Gun, there cousin. He likes to travel to different toon worlds and help out when he can but will come running if needed.
Should be noted he has the capability to have children
