Not all metahumans in the future are created equal. While some just have unique powers and a few minor physical changes, others are quite drastic.
Looming at over 38 feet tall, Rabaul is a metahuman that is unknown yet famous. Few know him by name, only by his attitude and the mysterious qualities of the spikes he sheds during frequent rampages. This giant would like a friend, he's just too irritated with the constant growing spines emerging from his body.
