While my roots run deep in Sonic, I have also been embracing people outside of that community. I have other characters that are loosely based off of me, such as Jakub in Warriors World, and Jaycee in Pokemon. But I figured it was time to make a more generalized 'fursona' to open up new possibilites!
So meet "The Other Midnight", Tidus! Just as the night brings the white moon, it also shifts the tides of the ocean!
Tidus is in many ways similar to Midnight in terms of attitude as well as coloration, but thanks to his aquatic nature, he's more free spirited. Rather than work a job, he makes his money off of selling rare items he finds on the ocean floor, trading them with others above and below the surface. He's more confident with himself, stronger with his powers and also enjoying public attention.
Unlike Midnight, who has an outfit he'll wear if needed, Tidus prefers accessories over cloth any day of the week, sporting a chain bracelet and necklace, and toe rings with a Greek-theme. The only thing he 'wears' is the bag on his hip, which is used to carry items around. It's very waterproof despite its appearance, and he can bolster it with his powers if needed.
This dolphin is ready to 'make waves' in the general furry crowd, and I'm super happy to have my first art of him!
