Seems Gene and Tasli are together. Because spying on cubs is what we do here, let's see whats going on...
The original script,
GENE: *Eating a hotdog* Do you ever get an odd feeling? TASLI: What sort of odd feeling? GENE: *Takes a bite of his taco* Like... I dunno... like history's repeating? TASLI: Repeating? GENE: *Licks his icecream* Of just... changing somehow? Like yesterday wasn't like today? TASLI: Sounds a bit weird to ME. GENE: *Spits out his gum.* I suppose so, wish I COULD tweak history though!
I obviously didn't follow the script 100% (I do what I want), but I guess it's ok?
This comic is extremely dusty because I pet my (mostly) freehand lines and (in this case) didn't clean them ...but, I drew this cartoon with an ancient (ie 1920s), #3 Eberhard Faber 'Royal' pencil (so that's fun, right?). :p
Pencil...
Speaking of ancient pencils, the featured pencil is an early 1910s, long-ferruled specimen of the 'Ticonderoga' from Dixon. This pencil bears a crucible mark (the thing that looks like a cup), which contributes greatly to its value.
The Ticonderoga (or 'Tic', as it's affectionately referred to by collectors) is a beloved American pencil that is in production to this day.
The featured pencil is a true, high-dollar collector's piece (and is among about three of four other Ticonderogas I've featured in my gallery). :3
(ie, the only pencil person among my present-collective of 2611 watchers) who will probably want to see all the Tics featured thus far (together in their own little bag, warm and safe): https://sta.sh/01ba8nndhcgv
Last, no, I've not forsaken the Water Pets or the Popples. Gene will be SFW-naked again very soon, and even Timmy MAY make an appearance sometime later.
I've been having existential thoughts regarding popples lately ...something only a person with severe autism can pull off. It's probably not good, but it's still great.
Indeed. :3 I've been having existential thoughts regarding popples lately ...something only a perso
Of all the comics you've done, this is my all-time favorite from U, really, it's too cute! I would love one day for my Nelson (the little Dalmatian) to interact with your character sometime in one of your comics in the future!^^

I bet he certainly wished he could tweak history in that last panel! - LOL - Question: how does one remove chewing gum from fur? Probably not an easy or pleasant task! :-)

"To remove gum with peanut butter, cover the affected area of hair completely with creamy peanut butter. Work the peanut butter through that hair with your fingers and then wait a few minutes for it to work. The gum should become stiffer and easily removable from your hair"
Too bad Tasli used up all the peanut butter. ;)
I wonder if it could remove sticker residue? :o

Yes, peanutbutter was one of the tips for removing sticker residue I came across. ;-)
Foxy: *holding a bucket of some questionable substance* "Now hold still, this will only hurt a little bit!" (Yes, he's a sadistic little brat at times...)

They look like they're having a day typical to mine! :D
Also I LOVE Dixon pencils. Never had a bad one but it's interesting that that 'cup' makes it more valuable. I'm going to have to look over the ones I've got to make sure I don't have any of those in use and to be very carful of the ones I DO have. :)
