Quick Disclaimer: I know that officially, Victini is a genderless Pokemon, and also unbreedable. But in my own alternate canon (and world), i'm going to play around a bit with those rules with some Pokemon, but certainly not all. Victini and Shaymin will be two of them.

On a cold and sunny Saturday morning, in a European-style house, a young Shiny Victini named Laurel had gone to the living room after breakfast to watch some Meowth and Pikachu cartoons, and was now sitting on the couch, laughing at some of the slapstick moments. Still dressed in comfortable Glaceon pajamas and a pair of pink slippers, the nine-year-old was very happy to be out of school for the weekend, and already looked forward to hanging out with her best friend, Sunny the Shaymin. But until she got the phone call, Laurel could just relax and sit around for now while her father was getting started on laundry and doing a few more house chores.
"Holy crap!" Laurel exclaims, jumping when Meowth gets guillotined off-screen. "I knew he'd been a bad cat, but damn..." she mutters, shuddering as the Mouseketeers go back to doing their victory march before the episode ends. The rabbit is about to go and get a snack, but the commercial break begins with an ad that gets Laurel to sit back down - it's for a brand of pull-ups. Laurel had become interested in them over the past couple of weeks, and so far, had kept those thoughts to herself. While she enjoyed the perks of being a big girl, she couldn't help but feel jealous when seeing how happy and carefree the different young Pokemon on screen (Purrloin, Shinx, Fennekin) looked...and Laurel wanted to be like that for just a day. Or better yet, over a weekend or for a whole week.
The pull-ups were also pretty, and looked like they'd be nice to wear, especially at bedtime. But while she was tempted to ask her father about it, it seemed a bit childish for Laurel...maybe too much for dad's liking as well. She was 9, after all. While he was kind and nurturing, what would he think? And what would Sunny think?
Going through all these potential scenarios, Laurel became a bit too focused on what was on TV...and just after the "I'm a big kid now!" jingle played, a sudden voice made her jump.
"Hiya, Laurel! Whatcha doing?"
"Kya!" Laurel yelps, looking up to see that her father, a normal colored Victini named Gold, was standing right in front of her with a smile on his face. "H-hi, d-dad!" she greets back, nervously chuckling. "J-just...watching Meowth a-and Pikachu cartoons."
1: Gold nods, patting Laurel's head before going back to what he was doing
2: Gold mentions that he saw Laurel quite focused on a commercial just as he walked in, and asks what it's about
3: Gold was silently watching Laurel focus on the commercial for pull-ups, and dishes out some playful teasing
