Started to feel down tonight, did a sketch to get it out, and started to do some mindfulness that moment, just observing my mind as it was, my thoughts. Decided to make an actual drawing about the process, starting from the left, going upwards, then back down and to the left.
To be honest, I felt pretty crummy waking up after sleeping from 9am to 5pm today. Gonna take some meclizine to sleep tonight. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
