As always...I SPENT WAY TOO LONG MAKING ANOTHER STUPID THING! Special edition, this time. TL;DR: You are looking at the first thing I have ever made in Blender...as it was my first time ever using Blender.
For some reason, I felt like 3D sculpting again. I used to use a simple-to-use program named ZBrush by Pixelogic. I made my other 3D-rendered caracal pawpads with which I used as a reference to draw what would later become Ulrich's pawpad design as well as my logo for Daymusik. The problem with that is that it runs under a subscription service and is one of these programs that does not allow you to use the program at all unless you sign in with a registered account with an active su--I'm sure you know how it goes.
WELL. I was considering renewing my subscription recently because it's been nearly a year since I've used it, and, again, I was feeling like doing some 3D modeling recently. Apparently, the version of ZBrush that I subscribed to...no longer exists? Because I guess Zbrush and Pixelogic were bought by another company, and new versions of their programs are published on THAT company's access website, the older versions are no longer supported. Trying to renew my subscription (for the version of the program I still had installed) redirected me to a page telling me to visit their new parent company's website to download the new version of ZBrush and pay a more expensive subscripton...are you still with me? No? Don't worry. I'm lost, too.
Blender is FREE. That I do know. So...I decided to learn Blender. I was confused the entire time. I stayed up all night making this stupid monolithic paw for no reason. But, I guess I like it.
P.S.: I still have absolutely no clue what I'm doing in Blender. It is far over my head.
P.P.S.: Because I had absolutely no clue what I was doing, the background image was added in later using the Picsart app.
