Why is Ulrich sad, I hear you ask? Well, he has been seeing the artwork that I have been commissioning and drawing of him and he's starting to think that I completely forgot how I used to draw him with a collar on. I told him that I didn't forget, but I am starting to believe that he is still a little suspicious that I have. I don't know; I can see it in his eyes.
That is to say, this is a meme. I, legitimately, despise how long I spent on this piece just for the meme. The "among us eyes" (or "amogus eyes") meme on Twitter references an image where someone highlights an anime character's eyes and creates a how-to on drawing sad anime eyes. "Step 1: draw an amogus with big shoes"
Also, a little side note but also further proof that I spent WAY too long on this picture, if this had been a regular, non-satirical painting, I would have been even more proud of how his mouth turned out. By far the most detailed I think I have ever made a mouth.
