In which Syrca meets a new acquaintance while out one afternoon digging for fossils in the woods.~

Kamechuu did an initial concept sketch of this for me to use as a ref, so this pic is effectively a collabaoration. ^^

I am confident one of the reasons childhood is deemed as so magical, is that children are naturally closer to the earth and its wonders.
This submission is illustration.

I can picture a dopy hound exclaim to Syrca, "No! That's a giant African land snail! Get away from it! They carry diseases!".

I'm sure Syrca would give him a funny look and tell him, "You don't know whatcha talkin' about, Mister. This is a banana slug".
