A battle scarred ex-vigilante who now serves as a bondsman/bounty hunter, finding criminals on the run to serve justice but also get them the help they need.
He maintains the more office-related side of things but is willing to get involved in the thick of it if someone is in danger.
Personality
A bit of a no-nonsense type, Mandau focuses hard on the task at hand. He knows crime and money go hand in hand, and wants to do his part to make sure order is maintained.
Despite this, he has a bit of a behavioral quirk and tends to use puns, idioms, and quotes that involve plants and flowers, prompting some to believe he's more playful and childish than he appears.

Background/History
Mandau grew up wild and reckless, battling bullies and thugs for the thrill of a fight. His arm blades served as both weapons and intimidation tools. He had a love for punk fashion to help his goals, often blending in the dark to strike at robbers and drug dealers.
However, he became unsatisfied with the small time and attempted to take down a much more well-armed criminal. While he did succeed in saving some people from his gang, he made a reckless decision that left him scarred, and later resulted in the death of a previous victim. The victim was a young girl who had made him a flower crown after her rescue, and the loss affected him deeply.
After disappearing for a few years, he found the same types of flowers in a shop, and swore at the moment to use his mistake to grow, and honor the life he saved. He took to wearing the artificial replica permanently, shedding most of his punk gear save for his pants.
