"Amy!" Before the Hedgehog could walk, She halted at the call of her name. looking behind, She saw Alec, The New recruit of the resistance. "Amy Wait!"
"Hmm?" She watched as he panted once close. "Alec?"
"I-I...I want...to ask You..." He spoke, trying to catch his breath. Once caught, He began to speak clearly. "...about sonic?"
Amy perked up at that. "Hmm?"
Alex scratched the side of his neck, Flushed. "I-It's nothing major, I just wanna ask about how he's like, Cause...Y'know i never met him."
Amy giggled as his shyness. "Its okay if you want to ask me that, I don't mind!"
She then began to put a finger up to her chin. "Well, He's Strong, Brave, Courageous, Friendly, Caring, Cool..."
Hearing that got Alec to smile brightly. Despite the little time they had met, He knew sonic was a cool dude, A Good friend and a awesome guy-"

looking up, He could see Amy was infatuated. Her eyes strangely heart while a blush crept on her face.

hearing that annoyed sound, Tails turned around to His new labmate, Alec.
Curiously, He decided to ask. "...Alec? Are You okay?"
Alec turned to tails, Glaring at Him. "No, I need my box."
Watching Alec up and leave for moment, Tails eyebrow raised. "Your what?"
As quickly as he left, Alec came back with... some sort of box, and With a Happier attitude. "Found it!"
Tails watched as he put the box in the center by the Fennec's chair. "Found what?"
Alec gave tails a cheeky smile. "My thinking Box obviously!"
Tails eyebrow was raised further. "Your...what?"
Alec rolled his eyes and got into the box "The box i use when im in need of thinking, Duh!"
Tails could only watched with a look of pure confusion as Alec sat in the box and got comfy. "O...Okay, Whatever You say..."
And with Such, Tails ended the convo, Turning around back to his work and Not wanting to look a gifthorse in the mouth with this.
it was nice to have Alec and Him talk normally for once anyways...

"Yeah Knuckles?"
"Should I be concerned about what your drawing?"
While Scouring around the base of the resistance, Last thing knuckles expected to see was blueprints for a FULL-ON DEATHRAY.
...But he did, So here we are now.
It looked like some kind of purple looking ray. It was pointed at two young figures in the drawing, A Cat and a Dog. Both of them looking alot similar to Kids hed see around town. apparently they were bullies, as it was said, written above them.
Alec was quick to Decline. "No, Nonononononooo Knuckles! Its nothing i swear!"
"Definitely seems like something to me."
"Nonono! These are just Vent Blueprints!" He explained.
Knuckles raised a brow. What the Hell were Vent Blueprints? "Vent Blueprints? What's that?"
Alec was glad to explain. "They're just something i make when im venting. I never make these anyways, Honest!"
Knuckles was still on the worried glance, But he nonetheless shrugged it off in the end. "Alright.0 Still weird concept though."
Alec shrugged. "Well, That's how all inVENTions are supposed to be, right?~"
Knuckles just groaned at the dumb pun Alec gave while the fennec smirked. "You truly are a fan of sonic..."

"Behold!" Alec with a determined smile, Young Alec showed off a new invention to the cat girl. It seemed to be blue and red mix look. "My Water Blaster!"
"We already have that Alec?" The cat girl spoke, Rolling her eyes. "Waterguns?"
Alec shushed her with a finger. "This is Stronger than an average one." He pointed it at a target dummy. "Watch!"
Pulling the trigger, Out shot from the water gun a was heavy blast of water. It hit its intended target. bringing high ammounts of damage to it.
to say the young cat girl was amazed was an understatement. "Woah! Thats one nice Watergun!"
Alec felt pride. He huffed in a proud stance while smiling. "Heheh! Yeah, I know right-"
"You really are a Tails 2.0!!"

and just like that, The pride was shot down. "What?"
She inspected the gun, stroking her chin. "But I'd say keep working on it. It's good but i can Imagine Tails making so much better." She gave him a smile. "Surely you can too!"
eye twitching, Alec kept-- No, Forced himself to keep smiling. "Y-Yeah...I'll b-be sure of that..."
"Alrighty!" She nodded. She then began to walk off, going back home. "I Gotta go! but I'll see you later Alec!!"
Waving bye, Alec could feel his "smile" faltering. "Y-Yeah, Bye Cherri..."
once gone, He let go. The smile became a frown quick. He tossed the water gun and sat down.
Huddling himself up, Alec could only put his face and his arms and somber. What was lively, Had been killed by the cruel silence as Alec was left to his thoughts. What Cherri just said.
Once again, He'd been compared to That fox.
Why does he have to be called that alot?
Can't he just BE his own person?
Why does everything He does ALWAYS have to loop back to him...?
He'd grit his teeth in anger as he one more singlular thought laid in his head. One that would lay for quite a long time:
That He Hated.
That Fox.

"So... Alec,"
Putting down the registration papers, Amy looked the orange-red Fennec in the eye. "You want to join the resistance?"
"Of course!" That was his Immediate response. "I want to join the resistance and Help fight against Eggman and His robo forces! Mayve even meet up with Sonic too!!" He proudly claimed.
"You and me both..." She lowly muttered before speakinf up again. "W-Well... What can You do?"
on Cue, The Fennec pulled out a ray gun. "I can make amazing inventions like this one for example, The magicificent bubble ray!" He spoke happily. "With this, I can safely stop those foes by trapping them in a huge bubble! Wanna see a test?"
Amy was quick to try and decline. "Oh nonono! I'm goo-"
"TOO LATE!" But not quick enough, As Alec pulled the trigger.
and a very loud boom rang through the room seconds later.

Cheekily grinning at the pink charred weasel, Alec cheekily grinned. "S-Sorry... That happens alot."
"Don't worry, your in." Amy's words Made Alec sigh in relief. "But You will be working with someone to fix... Your little problem."
Alec's ears perked up at that. Immediately thinking of the blue blur, His eyes went stargazed with a wide grin. "Reallly!? Who?"
"Oh You'll see."

"AAAaUuugh!! ZOMBOTS!"
with Zombots running thorough the town, many innocents ran with fright.
...All except One.
"Fear Not Mobians!!" Alec roared, Getting some of their attention. He pulled out a way, All gray looking. "With this invention, I Shall save you all!!!"
"That looks like a budget cut version of whatever Tails makes." One citizen said, Clearly unimpressed with the look of the ray.
Alec slowly turned to him with a equally uninterested look. "...Shut. Up." He growled lightly.
He turned back and pointed his ray at a few zombots who were coming close. "Just watch this."
He pulled the trigger...
...and nothing happened.
.....
"Work you stupid thing." He then began to hit it on the side a few times, Getting more and more pissed and worried. "You worked earlier, WORK NOW!!!"
With one more hit, It soon worked...
"Yes!!"
...But in reverse.
"Wait a second." Alec eyes couldn't be any wider as his ray started to bring the zombots close. "Waitwaitwaitwait!"
The other mobians backed up from him or ran out of fright.
Alec was just too preoccupied to move, still hitting his ray. "You stupid, crappy piece of gabarge!"
However, A dead like groan snapped him back to reality, a little too late.
with the zombots getting close due to his machine. the fennec chose his last words.
" Welp...Mother fuc-"
*CRASH!*
the other mobians watched in shock as Alec was then quicky made into a zombot, The pne citizen rolled his eyes though:
"Told ya it was a budget cut."

At the Fennecs screech, A Certain Two-Tailed fox flinched at first, Not really expecting such. But the nonetheless He still walked over to the two.
The Fox was one could know, Tails Miles Prower. A eight-year old child-prodigy with a High IQ. He was also The Genius of the Resistance too!
"Oh, Hey Amy!!" He greeted, Turning His eyes to the fennec next. "Whose this?" He Raised a brow.
Amy Gestured towards the fennec. "He's a new member of the resistance, A fan named Alec! I decided to bring him here as He's an inventor of the sort just like You."
Tails 'Tails wagged at that info. "Ah, Really? Nice!!"
"Yeah, I figured You would like that, hehe!" She chuckled as She headed for the exit. "I Gotta go know, So take care!~"
and with door closed, Amy was gone. Now the two were Just left in some sort of awkward silence. Tails shifted his eyes around and coughed as Alec just started at him intently, Eyebrows furrowing.
He just hoped He wouldn't screw up.
soon, The Kit spoke up, Breaking the silence. "S-So... Alec," He started. "You're a inventor eh? Guess i know who Your A fan of heheh!"
His Eyebrows furrowed more. "I'm a fan of SONIC."
Crap.
"O-Oh..." Tails scratched his cheek. "M-My bad Heheh...! I-Its just Your so young."
"I'm Ten."
Double Crap.
"S-Sorry!" He could feel his face getting red. "Just starting convo is all, heheh...!"
"..."
not responding, Alec just walked over to an empty seat and began his work, Murmuring words quietly. "Wish i got to work with Sonic instead...!"
Tails gulped, Sweatdropping in embarrassment.
This... was not going to be easy.
