Gear: Wears a Custom White Mask made of Tungsten steel with A Red Cross, A White Hooded Long Coat, White Light Armored Vest, White Fingerless Armored Gloves, Matching Black Boots, Pants and a Shoulder Bandolier. He is also equipped with a Roman Tungsten Steel Sword.

Goal: Kill Gregorio Baldocchi and Vinicio Taranto in the Hope of Avenging the Deaths of his Parents, Expose the Conspiracy and Corruption that has caused Italy to fall into Plague and Ruin.

Background: Melanio Novara was born in the beautiful City of Rome, Italy as a Healthy Baby boy. Melanio was Born with solid White Hair and Light-Gray Eyes. He was also the son of Two Pro Heroes who were famous in Rome. His father, Sidonio Novara and his mother Novia Capito Novara were known as the Masquerade Heroes. They each wore part of a mask on their faces. Sidonio had a red mask that covered the top half of his face and Novia wore a Gold mask that covered the bottom half of her face. Novias Quirk was called Fade, allowing her to go though anything or anyone. Sidonio had a Quirk that made him Indestructible.

When he turned Five, Melanio obtained his own Quirk called Ghostfog, which allowed him transform into and conjure a white mist and move like a ghost. Melanio practically adored his parents and wanted to be a Pro Hero just like them. Sidonio and Novia spent every moment with their son, playing with him and teaching him how to use his Quirk. Melanio and his Parents were also Catholic so they took their Religion Seriously. Melanio was a Happy Loving Boy, but that all changed.

Just Six Months After Melanio turned 8, Rome became infested with Thugs and Low Level Villains. To the Peoples surprise, the Villains were recently released from Prison and were part of a Security Company Owned by Gregorio Baldocchi.

Gregorio Baldocchi was the head of a large Organization Called ‘Legion’ which operated out of the Modern Center District in Rome. Baldocchi also had a partner that went by the mane of Vinicio Taranto. The Legion Organization basically reformed incarcerated Villains and made them into modern day heroes. When Baldocchi made the Modern District his base of operations, he renovated the area for people who had money to spend and kicked out all the good hard workings people who were trying make ends-meat.

The Masquerade Heroes became rather suspicious of Legion and their Motives and began looking into them. After 6 months of looking into Baldocchi, Sidonio and Novia had the evidence they needed, but before they could present the evidence to the Police, they were brutally murdered and all their evidence vanished.

Baldocchi made a claim that the Masquerade Heroes had stolen Legion documents and had a personal vendetta against his company. Melanio knew that what they said about his parents weren’t true to tried to find the truth on his own. He followed Baldocchi and Taranto one night to an alley, where they met a villain. Melanio overheard them and learned a shocking truth, Gregorio Baldocchi and Vinicio Taranto had arranged to have the Masquerade heroes killed to prevent them from exposing their plans to control all of Italy.

Melanio knew the truth, but knew that no one would believe him without solid proof. All the evidence his parents collected was in their home, which was burned down. With his Parents Dead and his home destroyed, Melanio went to a Building in Nomentano where his father had a Hideout that he used when he was starting out as a Pro.

Melanio spent the next decade training his body and his quirk towards one Objective, Revenge. Gregorio Baldocchi and Vinicio Taranto were to blame for his parents Deaths and Melanio was going to Kill them and the Villain responsible. He crafted his own costume and weapons, even his own Mask. Melanio even made a small shrine where he put his Parents masks and a picture of them together. Every Night, Melanio prayed at the shrine.

Melanio kept a close eye on Legion, watching their every move and seeing they brought new members on board. Melanio new that Baldocchi and Taranto’s new Allie’s were not his real priority, but he watched them non the less, trying to gather what information he could on them. After Ten Years of training, Melanio was ready.

He was Able to use his Quirk to make large amounts of Fog, transform into Fog and move around quickly and could make physical duplicates of himself and others. Melanio mainly focused on the people that Legion had brought into their organization over the years, but he didn’t kill them, just stole their data. As for the reformed Villains and Thugs, Melanio gave them a good beating that scared them into leaving Rome. Melanio knew that these attacks would pave his way to his real Targets, Gregorio Baldocchi and Vinicio Taranto, as well as the Villain they hired to murder his parents.

As Melanio continued his Work, A Large Number of Heroes from Japan arrived in Rome. Melanio knew that when Leigion arrived in Rome, the Heroes never took much interest in them, but figured his recent activities must have drawn their attention, but suspected they were in Rome For another purpose. Non the less, Melanio wasn’t going to let the Heores sway him from his path of Vengeance.
