A thought occurred to me while viewing this... A mean neighborhood bear cub shows up and says to her, "You're a robot huh? Well I'm ordering you to go over and break little Johnny Otter's bicycle. And if you're really a robot, that means you got to follow orders".

No. I think in the pic I was using as a ref it looked almost like a moon disc hubcap to me. Not sure what it was the kid was using. I just based what she was wearing off it.
