This is a little redesign of the kaijin, Cobra-Incarnate コブラ化身 from Power-Rangers Lightspeed Rescue (from the episode, The Cobra-Strikes) in which Ryan Mitchell has to fight in order to destroy the cursed cobra-tattoo https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Cobra_Incarnate.
I gave this monster a complete redesign by making him look like a giant cobra instead of a generic humanoid-one like in the show, but I've added a giant ball/snake-eye like wheel on his body so that he can roll around and crush his opponents during battle, I've also redid the tattoo to make it look otherworldly.
