This is a little redesign of the kaijin, Ghouligan ガウリギャン from Power-Rangers Lightspeed Rescue (from the episode, Operation Lightspeed.) and is the first ever monster that the Lightspeed-Rescue team battled against https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Ghouligan
I've given Ghouligan here a complete redesign since the original one in the show was just a partially-repainted version of Psycho Red's monster form by basically combining elements from an Insect-legged Deadman from Kamen-Rider Revice, Baron-String from Dairanger and the Midaredouji from Kamen-Rider Hibiki, but it's still loosely based on the original, I've added a three-pronged claw that can be used to create fireballs that he can use against the rangers
