Here is a little rough doodle of my own take of the Wizard of Deception 欺瞞の魔法使い https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Wizard_of_Deception from season-02 of Mighty Morphin Power-Rangers. Not much has changed but I've gave him a more alien-looking being with insect-leg looking hair. I've also done a complete redesign on the Rat-Monsters ネズミモンスター https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Rat_Monsters that the Wizard creates, instead of doing lazy-looking normal rat-based kaijin, I just went and gave them a rat/insectoid-looking design.
This also includes a design of a Giant Rat-Monster 巨人ネズミモンスター, a giant clone of the smaller Rat-Monsters created by the Wizard of Deception that was created to battle the Megazord.
