Character Sheet for Manika Talpa
Character Description
Manika is a very Shy Bookworm, Gamer and over all Nerd. Beneath her Shyness is a very Kind heart and a deep yearning to have friends. She is a very beautiful young lady, although she doesn't think so, an any attempts to tell her she is makes her very flustered and prone to running away from the person complimenting her. Although not as blind as her subterranean Counterparts, she is still hard of seeing with out her glasses, but her hearing is very acute.
Personality
Manika is Extremely Shy and hates being called things like cute or beautiful. She will often flee when complemented, believing people are making fun of her.
Beneath all that Shyness though is a Kind Heart and Extremely Friendly Girl.
Manika is very quiet and reserved most of the time, unless you manage to get her talking about Games or Comics, or get her to DM a game of DnD, in which case she shows almost uncharacteristic levels of enthusiasm, to the point it's almost hard to get her to stop talking about them.

Likes - Her Family, Her Small Chest, Video, Board and Card Games, Anime, Manga, Reading, Eating and Relaxing.
Dislikes - Being Complimented, Bullies, Being Cornered, Her Claws, Rude People and Spicy Food.
Background/History
Manika attends Furmont High, one of the states most prestigious High Schools. She is currently in the 11th grade and is nervous about moving on to being a Senior.
It was here, when she was five, she met the boy would would become one of her closest friends, Nathen Lang, though they didn't exactly start off that way. Everyone at the School knew better then to Corner Manika, let alone compliment her on how cute she was. All except for a young transfer student named Nathen. He was eager to make friends and saw Manika was all alone, so he went over and started talking to her, complimenting her on how cute she was. This made Manika flustered and she tried to get away, but everywhere she turned, Nathen was there, peppering her with questions and compliments. Unable to take anymore Manika did the only thing she could, she yelled out and slapped him. Caught of guard, Nathen jerked back, and instead of a slap, Manika's claws raked across his cheek. Manika was horrified by what she'd done and ran away crying, saying she was sorry.
Nathen would recover, though it left him with four permanent scars on his cheek and muzzle and for months he avoided Manika when ever he saw her. By way of apologie, Manika baked him some cookies. Turns out that while she was a klutz at everything else, Manika was actually very skilled at baking and cooking. After asking if he could hug her and agreeing to it, the two became fast friends. He gave her the nickname MiMi, and to this day, he is the only one allowed to hug her or pat her head.

Manika prefers to were minimal clothing, but if she needs to ware more, such as at a social event, she usually wares short sweaters with either a knee length skirt or jeans. If wearing a skirt, she always wares stockings. She likes to keep her hair tied up and wares string thongs.
Accessories
Always has a Messenger Bag with her loaded up with all her books, a Laptop, snacks, a Note Book for writing down various ideas and a music player which she doesn't use unless she's writing or using her Laptop.
