I see ones like that where I live! Older models though, from the 70s and heavily rebuilt, now being replaced by ones made in Spain to a Swiss design after a Chinese one proved unreliable (but very powerful) and full of asbestos.

Yeah, they had a big bill too pay over it, it was not specified in the commission!
