I didn't try too hard to make a 1:1 of the screenshot, so I wouldn't call this a 'Redraw', per se.
On the show, Franklin is the school teacher, so I consider him an adult. Even so, most of the characters refer to Franklin as 'Franklin' (as opposed to, say, 'Mr. Franklin').
I doubt disrespect is intended, but it strikes me as unusual. I feel even if Franklin is the same age as Buttons and Rusty (very doubtful), Franklin is still a figure of authority ...kinda? I dunno.
There are adults in the real world who request that everyone (even kids) refer to them by their first name (I was friends with one such person), but I've never liked the idea. That said, I'm neither a child nor a parent.
Pencil...
The featured pencil is the 'Smart' by Wallace. The 'Smart' isn't too hard to find---I'd count it as a common vintage pencil (that, as a bonus, came in a variety of vivid colors). Despite its commonness, I've not (as of writing) found a 'Smart' that is both unsharpened and reasonably priced.
I drew this card via a Wallace 'Zephyr', and delineated it via the featured pencil. The 'Smart' is a good pencil for my purposes, albeit, its point is a bit soft. That said, the drag is smooth and the line is dark (but erases fairly easily).
Fun fact: I used this pencil to draw one of my recent comics ...not that I recall which one specifically (though I 'want' to say it was the McDonald's comic). ^^
The featured 'Smart' pencil is numbered 440, though I've seen unbranded 'Smart' pencils numbered 1250. I'm unsure if the latter were made by Wallace.
