Don't do this to yourself. There is a world outside this feeling. I was feeling really shitty lately as well and it eventually went away after I just slept properly for like 3 days straight and started eating better food for once. You are a special person put here for a reason and you need to find and do things that reflect that. If for whatever reason you find doing something bothersome or annoying, then just stop doing it for awhile and try something else.
