----- After helping Birch reconcile with his father, Dipper visits the gravesite of the man who saved his own father's life.
----- The idea for this chapter came up when trying to find ways to stretch out the time between when Dipper first sees Emily, and when he proposes (whoops! spoiler!). The more I worked on this idea, the better it got. Writing the script was hard, as I kept getting tears in my eyes.
