I would say that she should slow it down, but it looks like it is safely parked.

Coincidentally, in a later postlude following the end of my story, one of the scientists, Woodrow Raccoon, trades in his 1958 Edsel for a Ford Mustang when they are first introduced in the summer of 1964...in Tropical Turquoise which was an available colour for 1964.

Woodrow considers a Thunderbird at first. But he and his wife take a liking to the all new sporty Mustang.
The 1958 Edsel had the push buttons for the automatic transmission on the hub of the steering wheel, and that design was problematic from the get go...Woodrow and his wife had problems with that feature the whole time they owned that Edsel.
In an earlier part of my story (still in the year 1960), it is mentioned that there had been times Woodrow Raccoon had to take his Edsel to the Ford dealership to have the service department correct the ongoing problems with the transmission push button system.
When Woodrow makes that trade in 1964, he and his wife will be glad to have gotten rid of that Edsel.

I keep wanting to make a clothes horse joke, but where are we going to find an outfit that'll fit a Mustang?

Also, if you'd like to be rid of that middle of the magazine seam, I'd advise making three scans, one covering the middle of the picture and used as a patch between the other two.

Yes that's the trouble with a small scanner-I have to divide it in 2 to 3 sections

Don't I know it.  And the big ones are both more expensive and difficult to find.  Still, as much extra fiddling it entails, this current scanner does show off your work better than the camera, which wasn't bad, but had its limitations.  Your art is still loads nicer to look at than a lot of the more adult stuff out there.
