Well, I did say that Poppy was looking to expand her family; after catching Juju in the hypnotic effect of her eyes, Poppy gave the otter some of her transformative chewable vitamins, causing the formerly tall otter to shrink to match Poppy's height at around four inches tall. But Poppy had more plans than just that; if Juju was going to become HER family, she needed her own special hypnotic gift. It didn't take her long at all to get attached to the transforming girl's voice, but Poppy knew it could be made... Much more 'captivating' to listen to.
