And this was the end result. The otter was turned into Poppy's newest little sister, Cocoa. As her name implies, Cocoa's voice is as sweet as chocolate, hypnotic to listen to and just as powerful as Poppy's own eyes in hypnotizing and enslaving others to serve my will and desires. And just like Poppy, she doesn't ALWAYS make her singing hypnotic; sometimes she just sings because she wants to and it brings her joy.
