Anything I intend to post as an MP-3, I will do it this way so I can get that nice big full size image.

Setting is in New Mexico on an August night in 1960.
Skip and Sophia decided to hang out with some high school alumni friends at the Comet Drive in Santa Rosa until they closed at midnight. Skip and Sophia live in Moriarty which is about 80 miles away, and both their parents wanted them home by 10 o'clock.
However, Skip and Sophia have already turned age 18 and don't appreciate being told what time to be home like they were still cubs.
So despite the fact the two young lovers still live at home with their parents, they chose to defy that "be in by ten" rule to show their parents they are 18 and not cubs any more.

In this picture, Why, by Frankie Avalon plays on the car radio as they are traveling back home past midnight (in Skip's dad's 1957 Mercury) on a stretch of Route 66 west of Santa Rosa that has not yet become the new Interstate 40.
