, is of a commercial General Motors use to run for the 1960 Corvair.
https://inkbunny.net/s/2485265

It is fashioned after an actual 1960 Covair commercial back in the day;
1960 Chevrolet Corvair Commercial #1 (1959)

This came out really great.
And remember, to also give

a fave being he is the artist who created this.

Oooh! Beary nice. I realllly like this piece. And what a handsome Corvair salesbear. That car wasn’t bad at all, it was revolutionary and modern for the time. People were used to driving a front-heavy 50’s land yacht and weren’t accustomed to rear engine, rear wheel drive car’s handling characteristics. But, then came along that drama queen, alarmist, Ralph Nader and ruined it all. I have always liked Corvairs.

I remember when Ralph Nader began his attack on the Corvair.

I was in middle school when his attack campaign became well known.

By the way...I appreciate the fave.

Ralph Nader wasn't completely wrong.  The earliest models did have a faulty suspension design that could cause accidents if the car were steered the wrong way, though ironically that was corrected long before Ralph Nader's "Unsafe At Any Speed" came out.

I have seen some articles that mentioned that.

My guess is that Ralph Nader had too much vanity to back down from his attack on the Corvair once he began and got far along with it.

It also didn't help that General Motors sent a private detective to spy on him and got themselves in trouble that way.

Ah then! I suppose the bad rep stuck around. (Off topic,) And what a small world! Your user icon looked so familiar. Grannytoons over at DA, yup, I also have pieces from him too. 😀 I mentioned to him that his style so reminds me of the old drawing style of MAD Magazine. He is a fantastic artist.

Thank you for the comment and fave.

The earlier Corvair models did have that flip over problem.
