The bidding begins at ONE AMERICAN CENT---A PENNY, with FREE Priority shipping (hopefully) worldwide!
HYPOTHETICALWATCHER: "I live on the moon; it'd cost $40 to ship to me"
I got it like that; don't worry. lol ...My goal isn't to make money here, I'm simply honoring my promise to sell some art.
So feel free to bid---don't act like you don't want this Mubba card!
HYPOTHETICALWATCHER: "Trash it---I want the pencil"
Never! D: You will never have the pencil!
Anyway, yeah... This is either my fourth or fifth annual eBay sale. THERE WILL LIKELY NEVER BE ANOTHER, so if you want a card from me, this COULD BE your last chance! D:
Anyway... This is an ACO drawing, meaning it's exactly the same size as (say) a Pokemon card. I drew the subject via a vintage Wallace Zephyr pencil (circa 1960's) and delineated it via a WWII-era Venus Velvet pencil.
My card auctions usually end at around $5-$7 USD, so this isn't gonna break anyone's bank. lol
Thx! It'll sell---presently has almost $30 USD on it (which I'm unsure how to feel about).
It's not hard to make these---I make one roughly every other day, and it takes ...less than an hour (depending).
I have moral reasons why I don't accept money for my art, save for this yearly sale (which I do simply to keep a promise I made to my late S/O ...but I feel I've fulfilled that now).

I think the interest isn't so much in the art (in and of itself), but in the variety. On DeviantArt, especially, 'fanart' such as mine often ends up in pools/galleries, so the interest there is obvious.
I'm also accessible: I almost always reply to comments/faves (you may be surprised how many artists do not).
I know my place in the community and don't try to overstep or cause (real) drama; just some furry with a pencil rescued from the dust bin, drawing on paper bought on sale. Nothing more (and nothing more is needed).

I think it is also good to have aspirations, I just have those in DA rather than here... unless I make some more IB-related content? XD
Philosophy can be tricky, because we all want and need unique things to satisfy our own selves, but it is true that the unhappy person is always wanting something.

Very cute job as always :3 And I actually watched that listing on eBay to look at the figures it would bring up. Looks like it sold for around 30$. Not bad! I can see why some people might be interested in art pieces like that

It was fun to watch. It sold for about $50, but the buyer is getting every penny of their money refunded once the card is delivered, as I cannot morally accept that much for a piece of paper.
