Background: Lucas Gallois was born a male cat in 1690’s Paris, France. He was the firstborn son of Nicolas and Nadine Gallois. Lucas was born with mixed brown and beige fur and two different eye colors. His right eye was light-blue and his left was brown.
Lucas was born in Paris, but he and his parents fled the city after his parents were discovered trading goods with pirates. Nadine and Nicolas made their living as merchants in service to the King of France, but secretly sold product to Pirates. The Gallois Family fled to the Caribbean islands and hid in Port Royal for a short time, while still secretly trading with pirates.
When he was just seven years old, Lucas and his parents moved to the Pirate island of Tortuga. Upon entering a Monastery, they walked down a secret flight of steps hidden behind a bookshelf and entered a Sanctuary. Lucas learns in that moment that his parents belonged to an Ancient order known as the Assassins Brotherhood.
The Assassins were a secret order of highly skilled trained warriors who sought to bring peace to the world. For thousands of years, the Assassins were fighting their Ancient Enemy, an order Known as the Templars who sought to control the people of the world. Lucas had been brought to Tortuga to be trained into the Order.
Lucas learned many things about the Assassins and Templars. Since the Days of Ancient Egypt to the Viking Era, The Assassins were once known as the Hidden Ones and the Templars were called the Order of Ancients. Lucas was taught the Tenants and the Creed of the Assassins and trained in running, climbing, jumping and fighting. Lucas also noticed that everyone in the Brotherhood wore a Hood to mask their Faces and he got use to wearing it all the time.
Besides training to be an Assassin, His parents also taught him on how to be a Pirate. Lucas learns how to sail a ship when he was just Thirteen. Nadine and Nicolas also taught their son how to deal in trading. Lucas also began using a Pistol, sword and Dagger, though he preferred using a Dagger more. Lucas also trained in using a Hard Whip to beat his Enemies and knock them to the floor.
When he turned Eighteen, Lucas was initiated into the Brotherhood. He was given his Assassins Robes, Weapons and Wrist blades, then recited the Creed and performed the Leap of Faith. Lucas mainly took jobs around Caribbean Islands, finding and Assassinating Templar Agents. After three years, Lucas got his first Assignment. He was tasked to Find a Templar named Gordon who had been abducting Pirates and Natives, and selling them into Slavery.
Lucas found Gordon’s encampment on an Island off the cost of Havana. He Assassinated Gordon, freed his Captives and Escaped on his Galleon the Whirlwind. Many of the Captives were Pirates and wished for Lucas to be their Captain. From that Day forward, Lucas began a life of Piracy and Took Gordon’s Galleon as his own ship. The Galleon that Lucas claimed was called the Whirlwind. It had dozens of Canons along its Port and Starboard Sides, as well as canons at the Bow and Stern. The Whirlwind also had Mortar Canons and Two sets of Stockades along the Bow and Stern for Prisoners. Lucas preferred to take the Helm of the Whirlwind personally.
Lucas and his Crew Mainly attacked British and Spanish Ships. They took anything they had of value such as Gold and materials needed to repair and upgrade the ship. Lucas also made sure to loot any Tobacco, Spices, Sugar and Rum for trade. Lucas did mainly keep the Rum and Food so he and his Crew could eat and Drink. Like the tenants of the Assassins, Lucas followed the Pirates Code.
He mainly did Trade with Tortuga, as well as Nassau. When out Pirating, Lucas made sure to keep his Ears open about the Templars. He and the Whirlwind Pirates also traveled the islands in search of treasure. When docked in Tortuga, Lucas would play cards with other Pirates, Drink Rum at taverns or spend the night with Ladies.
Pirating also gave Lucas an edge when hunting Templars. Besides Killing Templars, Lucas also liked killing Redcoats, though he got a reputation as a pirate. Whenever he saw his Wanted Poster, Lucas would tear it down and burn it. Lucas had both the Skills of a True Assassin and a Pirate, but he honestly enjoyed the Pirates Life a little more.
