In an alternate universe, where Jake has a steady job he loves that can provide everything for his family, and Taylor is home alone as a loving homemaker, we get this comic idea. Lucario389 had the hilarious idea of 'what if Ahya was in heat separately from Taylor?' That would certainly make for interesting social situations, probably ones so bad that Taylor purposely stayed at home until Ahya cycled out of heat and was thus safe to go out without fear of Ahya pouncing on a hapless person in some horrible fashion. What sorts of things would Ahya do to her captured prey during this time of month? Jake is about to find out today as Taylor realizes too late what is starting and could not warn him in time before he arrives home to hopefully enjoy a nice salad she had been preparing. Jake's loss is Ahya's gain! May the gods have mercy on Jake's soul! His evening is now decided and a long night awaits him.

Interesting, one of my characters (she isn't really depicted yet) has a tailmaw, but it's a sort of a symbiotic parasite. Not harmful to the host, takes the place of their tail and in return for being the host the tailmaw protects the host. But big difference, mine has an energy based attack an... Well... LoL my host now has extra bits. They're tucked into a sheath just under her tail base (I got the idea from furballs kaisura...)... Shi also likes to eat things just to see if their food or fun...... Sadly including small animals and children D: thankfully shi hasn't actually hurt anyone yet, traumatized by drool sure... I say she because while the main host is hermaphrodite, the tail maw is male but identifies as the host.. it's confusing :(
Mine looks very much like yours but mine has a giant gem on its forehead and a lot of tribal markings on and around the mouth. Her teeth are more canine incisor type though she can extend other ones to make it a full set like yours but mostly they're hidden you really can't tell because all you see is this black line that kind of curls up like a very spirally kind of smile it's kind of creepy looking
