Grit and Grimy have a Bad Day with the Honeybees - Slideshow Still Shots

Do You Like Woodrow Raccoon Better With or Without Glasses
dscn8503.mp4
Grit and Grimy find out that if you see what appears to be an abandoned bureau out in a field, it could very well be a bee hive placed out there by a honey farmer.

Though I do not yet have animation capabilities, I am able to present this as a slideshow.
The colours in the illustrations are a bit off, as this was drawn before I established my colour reference sheet for Grit and Grimy...as shown below.

This is the very first project I did with my new sound mixer.
I personally feel like there is some quality left to be desired...Though despite this being my very first time using a sound mixer, I am still well pleased with the results.
And also, my sound mixer is a low price budget model. I might later look into getting a really good quality one.
However, for now I am happy I do have what I have.

By the way...There is a version of this one on Sofurry, though it is a low quality version made for Sofurry.

Nicely done, but I feel sorry for those two, especially when the same thing happened to me.  I used to work on a yard maintenance crew, and one day we were supposed to cut some very tall grass and weeds in a vacant lot.  Our supervisor was riding a tractor with a mowing attachment when he frantically jumped off the tractor and ran by us screaming his head off.  We looked to see what he was running from, and it turned out to be a swarm of bees or wasps or some kind of stinging insects.  Then we all took off running fast as we could, with no time to jump into our truck.  When we managed to make it to safety, the supervisor called the company to have them taken to the nearest emergency clinic.  The clinic staff examined the stings we all got and suggested to the company owner that we all get sick leave (with pay) while they hire someone to get rid of the insects.  While I was recuperating, I found myself having trouble trying to keep my food down.  Even if I ate and drank slowly and in little bits, I kept having to throw up.  That's when I figured I was allergic to insect stings.  To this day I get scared every time I see a wasp or a bee because it might end up stinging me.

I use to mess with bees and wasps a lot when I was a kid.

As a kid, it was funny to see the little stinging insects get mad over being messed with...But it was a different story when I would get stung by one of them.
