They are the pirates, Shimmering and Larry. Normally they sail the seas of Dana's planet, in the care (spiritually) of her mother Dana Romates.

Shimmering and Larry are Linette and Swift's cousins.

The line in the center is an ancient space elevator that a previous civilization had built and what is on the right is a stellar-mass black hole with stable and distant orbit.

This image is released because the Shimmering pose I did not like in the end, so I chose to remake it and helos aqui (here they are).
