GIFT ART: Big the Cat
This is Ronno from Disney's 'Bambi II'. ...I actually like the Bambi sequel---it's among the very few Disney sequels I like (that I've seen; I tend to avoid them in general).

Ronno was an antagonist of Bambi (just a token rival character for the sake of having one). Ronno was something of a wimp, who hid this fact behind a heavy layer of machismo (that impressed no one, especially Faline).

What I like about Ronno is he'd (apparently) hit puberty early and had the antler stubs to prove it ...stubs which Ronno named them Jab and Stab, respectively (I find this adorable XD).

Anyway...

I thought I would try something different with this ACO ...I decided not to finish it! :D

Why?

Well, first, I think it would be fun to show everyone what one of my ACOs looks like in raw form---this is an ACO that has been drawn with my Zephyr, but has not been delineated with another pencil.

The story here is my mother (who is physically handicapped) wanted to go out to the grocery, as well do some general shopping. I went with her (just in case!), and we had some fun. :3
Among the things we did (before hitting the grocery store) was visit the Scrap Exchange (it's located in the same strip mall).

For those who don't know, the Scrap Exchange is like a thrift store for scrap materials, such as old machine parts, leather bits, wood, and so forth. It's also a good source for quirkier things such as magazine clippings, bottle caps and ...pencil stubs. :3

Among the pencils was this unsharpened 'Buckskin' pencil from the Blackfeet Indian Writing Company (a real Montana-based factory owned and operated by the Blackfoot tribe ...a factory sadly no longer in operaton).

*I have a variation Bob Trudy doesn't (seem to) have!? :o :o :o <3 :o

Anyway...

The 'Buckskin' is uncommon, so of course (and obviously) I bought it, not only for my personal collection, but to feature alongside one of my ACOs. :3

But this pencil's unsharpened, and I want to keep it that way. Generally speaking, if the only copy I have of a rare pencil is unused, I'll delineate my card with something else (and I usually mention this in my ACO descriptions---if I did not specify that I delineated with the featured pencil, then I used another). :3

I was going to delineate Ronno here with whatever random Eberhard was on my desk, but I thought, 'Why not just show the card as-is?' ...so, I have. :3
