When you're little, story time is always the best time!
Megan agreed to babysit young Pepper while Pep's mom and dad went off to dinner and a movie. But that's okay, because they had an exciting night, too, full of wondrous stories full of adventures and happy endings enough to ensure many happy dreams to come for the young snep.
Oh, that is just simply adorable! It's such a lovely, sweet and calm picture, so warm and inviting and calm and pleasant, I love the atmosphere! *chuckles* And it's true, story time is always one of the best times! Let yourself be taken to lands of wonders and adventures and everything! >^_^<

Story time is always wonderful. I have so many fond memories of being read to as a kid, and it's an experience every child should have. I'm just glad Megan can share it with Pepper at least once, and my gosh, yes, it's an amazing picture! Strawbs is an absolute master of cute moments like this!

Absolutely! I still remember from way back in... grade school, I think is what it would be called in the US, grade school or elementary school... either way, we had one teacher there who was a master story teller, and the final two hours of Fridays were story time, it was my absolute favorite time! And I'm sure it was also a decent part of how my imaginative writer's mind developed >^_^< And I definitely agree, this is just so totally adorable, from the expressions to the background to the atmosphere to... just everything!

I think story time at a young age is how a lot of got started. I mostly had my parents reading to me, but every now and then a teacher or a school librarian would. I still remember my elementary school librarian reading Jumanji to us, years before it was made into a film.

Oh yes, my mother would read to me, and as soon as I could read myself, I was always given lots of books, and I absolutely loved reading! Still do! *chuckles* I remember going to the library and checking out Watership Down time after time, the Dutch translated version, and then eventually the original English version, and finding not only many differences between the book and the movie, but also between the translation and the original. And I was always rooting around in the crates with old books on sale at the book stores or having a ball at the yearly sale at the library when they'd sell off old books to make room for new ones >^_^<
