It's more realistic that you didn't kill him. It takes a lot of time to bleed out, and if you cut the arm it'll most likely clot before you do... you're more likely to just wind up with a nasty infection.

Its really interesting how there are all these little places on your body that are involved in so many actions, but you don't even notice it until a wound that doesn't heal is right on top of them.

Well, I've been holding onto this, as to not potentially spoil or pick at the story, but a couple things I've been thinking about: Leto has all that EMS training, but he's drunk as shit. On the other hand, he is currently on the phone with another EMS who has been shown to have a driver's license. However, it's good to see Howl isn't screwed. Hope he helps Leto see the light. Or at least a recovery path.
